| "I can honestly say that my love for Volvo's is a direct result of the positive experiences I have had with Kline Volvo. You can love your Volvo but if you had to take it to ______ for service or to trade-in, anyone would begin to resent their car due to poor customer service. Since my poor experiences at both ______ stores I have turned to Kline Volvo and had a 360-degree experience. I purchased a new Volvo in November; I received a fair trade-in amount, a fair purchase price, and excellent financing. I live in Edina so I wasn't excited to drive across town to have my car serviced but Jody a service advisor at Kline, suggested that she sent out one of her drivers to pick up my vehicle and drop it off after it was serviced. I didn't have to leave work to sit in a waiting room for 3 hours! When Kline delivered my vehicle back to me after being serviced, my car was washed on the outside and they vacuumed out the interior - even sprayed down my floor mats. Kline Volvo has set the bar and I appreciate everything they have done to win over my business!" |
